Cancellation Policy

Villages Bike Rentals – Cancellation Policy & Safety Waiver Cancellation Policy Free cancellations up to 24 hours before your rental start time. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows. Early returns are not eligible for partial refunds. In case of severe weather (e.g., lightning or storms), we will offer a reschedule or rental credit. Light rain does not qualify. Group bookings (5+ bikes) require 72 hours’ notice to cancel for a full refund. One-time rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Safety Waiver & Liability Release By renting an e-bike from Villages Bike Rentals, you agree to the following: You understand e-bike riding involves risks of injury or damage, and you assume full responsibility. Helmet use is strongly recommended and provided upon request. You confirm you are 18+ or have a guardian's consent and are physically capable of safe operation. You agree to obey traffic laws, ride responsibly, and not use the e-bike under the influence of drugs/alcohol. You are responsible for the bike’s condition during your rental and agree to pay for any loss or damage beyond normal wear. You release Villages Bike Rentals, its staff, and owners from all liability related to injury, loss, or damage during your rental period. In emergencies, you authorize appropriate medical care and agree to provide contact info.
